The pipeline

Four stages, one subscription

Each one runs without you touching a spreadsheet.

01 · scan

Find

Grid-search local listings for businesses with no site, a dead link, or Facebook-only presence.

02 · score

Qualify

Rank by reviews, rating, and contactability — skip the dormant ones with nothing to pitch.

03 · build

Generate

AI writes and designs a real preview site — honest copy, placeholders flagged, nothing invented.

04 · send

Pitch

You send the link, close the deal, keep 100% of what you charge the owner.

One patch at a time

Local is a big place

Every town has businesses doing real work with nothing to send anyone — a phone number, a handful of five-star reviews, and no website behind them. The job is covering the ground methodically enough to find them.

A territory belongs to one subscriber. Once it's yours, nobody else on Scoutline can claim leads out of it, and a business that's already been handed to someone is never handed out twice.

289 professions across 12 groups — from plumbers, electricians and roofers to cafés, barbershops, garages, tutors, dog groomers, boutiques and farriers. Scan a whole group at once, or pick individual trades by name.

Illustrative. A scan run from your dashboard searches one 4 km circle per profession around the town centre — deliberately small and predictable, because every search is a real, billed Places request. Wider grid coverage exists in the pipeline for bulk work.

Business found with no working website, scored against the rest of the patch

02

A real preview site is built from only the facts Scoutline actually has

03

Email

A draft cold-outreach email is written for you to review and send yourself

Ground rules

Built to be sent to strangers

A cold pitch only works if nothing in it can embarrass you later. These rules are enforced by the pipeline itself, not left to good intentions.

rule 01

Facts in, facts out

Generation only ever sees the business's real listing data — name, trade, town, phone, rating, review count. It cannot invent services, prices, certifications, or testimonial quotes, and anything unknown is flagged as a placeholder instead.

rule 02

A private brief with every site

Alongside each preview site you get a subscriber-only brief listing every placeholder on the page — exactly what to confirm with the owner before the site goes anywhere near live.

rule 03

Outreach is draft-only, by design

Scoutline has no send button. Every email is a draft you review and send yourself, and every draft carries a built-in reminder about UK electronic-marketing consent rules (PECR) that no setting can remove.

Illustrative example, not a real business

This is what gets sent

A made-up business used to show the format. On a real one, every fact on the page is verified. Everything Scoutline doesn't know becomes a flagged placeholder — never a guess.

  • Only real facts: name, trade, town, rating, review count
  • No fabricated services, prices, or testimonial quotes
  • A private handoff brief lists exactly what to ask the owner
  • Stripe-ready structure — owner completes their own onboarding
What you see, they never do

The private brief

Every generated site ships with a subscriber-only honesty ledger: what's real on the page, what's placeholder, and exactly what to confirm with the owner. It never goes to the business — it's your script for the follow-up call.
