What happens next

Your message is stored and sent to the person who builds and runs Scoutline. There is no support desk and no ticket queue — messages get read in the order they arrive and answered from a real address you can reply to.

If you are reporting something broken, include what you clicked and what happened instead. That one detail is usually the difference between a fix today and three emails establishing what you meant.
